Slip On Flanges We offer an extensive range of Slip on Flanges, which is a very popular type of pipe flanges. These flanges slide over the end of piping and then welded in place. Slips on Flanges are perfect for lower pressure applications and can be easily fitted & welded into different pipes. The welding helps to reduce the fabrication costs of these pipes. We offer our range in wide variety of sizes for various applications.
FEATURES - These are generally not preferred for high pressure temperature environments
- One size fits all pipe schedules
- The smaller thickness of this flange allows for easier alignment of bolting holes
- Fabricators can more easily cut pipe to flanges length for slip-on flanges
ADVANTAGES OF SLIP ON FLANGES - Low cost installation
- Less time needed to spent on ensuring the accuracy of the cut pipe
- They are easier to align
- The slip-on flanges have low hub because the pipe slips into the flange before welding
- The flange is welded both inside and outside to provide sufficient strength
- Prevent leakage

Blind Flanges Our organization offers a wide range of Blind Flanges, which is widely used to close ends of piping systems. These flanges are round plate with no center hold but with all the proper bolt holes. We offer our range in various sizes and material, which is used to provide positive closer on the ends of pipes, valves, or equipment nozzles. The Blind flanges also help in easy access to a line once it has been sealed. These are available in custom made finishes or in standard sized pipe to which reduction is being made. Further, this reduction can be a threaded reduction or welded reduction.
FEATURES - Blind flanges are sometimes supplied with NPT fittings which allow pressure test
- Connections to be fitted
- These are used to blank off the ends of pipe
- Used to blank off the ends of valves and pressure vessel opening
- Considering factors like internal pressure and bolt loading, blind flanges, especially in the larger sizes, are the most highly stressed of all types of flanges
- Since the maximum stresses in a blind flange are bending stresses at the center, these can safely be allowed to be higher than in other types of flanges
- Blind flanges are made to fit standard pipes in all sizes
